Efficiency-optimized admixture of polymers.
The quality of the dewatering performance depends to a large extent on the floc quality. This is influenced by various factors: among others, by the type of sludge, the quantity, the type of mixing in and the quality of the flocculant.
Our solution
With the use of FlocStirr mixers, users can be sure to have the mixing process „under control“. We have concentrated our many years of process engineering experience and improvements achieved in these inline mixers. The special feature: The liquid additive (especially polymer) is introduced into the medium with pressure and rotation via the perforated and rotating injector shaft. In this way, both the quantity/unit of time or kg/TS fed and the mixing can be flexibly adjusted. Thanks to the speed-controlled drive, it is also possible to introduce the optimum mixing energy for each process.
